These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jensen Beach RV Repair website at rvrepairjensenbeach.com and the mobile RV repair services provided by Jensen Beach RV Repair ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Scott Marlins. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Terms

Jensen Beach RV Repair provides mobile RV repair and maintenance services across Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, and surrounding communities in Martin County, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to AC and heating repair, roof repair, plumbing, electrical work, generator service, slide-out repair, leveling systems, appliance repair, awning repair, and interior and exterior repairs.

All services are performed on a professional basis by trained technicians. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including situations where we determine the repair is beyond the scope of our capabilities or where safety concerns exist.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most repair services. Estimates are based on a visual inspection and our professional assessment of the work required. Please note the following:

• Estimates are not guarantees of final cost. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.
• If the scope of work changes significantly after an estimate has been provided, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
• Parts pricing is subject to current market availability and may fluctuate.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Warranties

Jensen Beach RV Repair stands behind our work. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of repair and parts used:

• Labor warranties cover the workmanship of repairs performed by our technicians.
• Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and coverage periods.
• Warranty details, including duration and coverage, will be communicated to you before work begins.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us with your original service details and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• Jensen Beach RV Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues not identified during the initial inspection that may affect the repair outcome.
• We are not liable for delays in service caused by parts availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel and preparation costs.
• If you are not present at the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional cost.

Service Area

Our primary service area includes Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound, Port Salerno, Sewalls Point, Indiantown, Rio, and surrounding communities in Martin County, Florida. We generally serve locations within approximately 30 miles of Jensen Beach.

Service requests outside our standard service area may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional travel fees. Please contact us to discuss availability for locations outside our primary coverage area.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your RV, including make, model, year, and a description of the issue.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to your RV at the scheduled service location.
• Disclose any known hazards, safety concerns, or relevant conditions related to your RV or service location.
• Be present or have an authorized representative available during the service appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
• Make timely payment for services rendered.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jensen Beach RV Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from our website for commercial purposes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jensen Beach RV Repair, its owner Scott Marlins, and any employees or contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Severability
